Passages: Grief Support for Adults

Passages, an adult grief support group, is a six-week program that offers participants both education about grief and loss, as well as the opportunity to share with others the commonalities and differences regarding their grief. Some participants open up and share their story, while others benefit from merely listening and learning. Most importantly, past participants have finished sessions with a renewed feeling of hope and the realization that what they are experiencing is normal. Please call EUP Home Health & Hospice for information about the Passages schedule.
