Home Health Services - Medicare Certified

Home-bound individuals can obtain professional and paraprofessional services based on a physician-approved plan of care. This program is financed by fees generated to Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, self-pay, and other commercial insurance companies.

To be eligible, participants must meet the payment source guidelines such as, skilled service, home-bound client and intermittent care. The client’s physician must order and approve the services performed.
